His extensive experience spans casual and fine dining, private chef services, hotels, catering, and even developing food brands in the corporate sector. Chef Chet has led Montgomery, Alabama’s largest kitchen, created the concept for a major white-water rafting center, and cooked for celebrated figures, including the late Joseph Lowery and Aretha Franklin.
Chef Chet’s work has been featured in JET magazine and the Montgomery Advertiser, and he’s recognized for his food writing and social media presence. Currently, he’s preparing to release a cookbook and hosts the podcast "Sunday Suppers with Sago," where he explores food, culture, and lively discussions.
